Returns & Exchanges Since our cookbooks are custom-printed on demand through our partner Lulu Direct, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or accidental orders. Every book is created specifically for you at the time of purchase.
Damages and Printing Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at alex@thealexchef.com. To process a replacement, we will require:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damage or printing defect. We will evaluate the issue and ensure you receive a perfect replacement at no additional cost to you.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to damage or defects, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
